In January 2016, Lilah Parsons joined London’s biggest radio station, Capital FM, where she hosts the Capital Breakfast Show alongside Dave Berry and George Shelley. The show attracts some of the biggest faces in global entertainment, and sees Lilah chatting to huge names like Justin Timberlake, Ariana Grande, Jack Black and Calvin Harris to name a few. February 2016 also saw Lilah present the official live red carpet coverage for the Brit Awards.

Following a successful modelling career, working for the likes of Chanel and Vivienne Westwood, Lilah Parsons started presenting in 2013 when she landed her own weekly chart show for MTV. Lilah soon found herself interviewing some of the biggest names in pop, including Bruno Mars, Kelly Clarkson and Nicole Scherzinger. Lilah has also provided festival coverage for MTV which has seen her behind the mic at London’s Wireless festival and presenting to camera (whilst skiing down a mountain!) at Snowboming, in Austria – handy that she’s also a trained ski instructor!

2015 was a busy year for Lilah Parsons, hot off the heels of hosting the Grazia Style Awards in Dubai, Lilah took the reins of The L’Oreal Colour Trophy tour, hosting the prestigious awards across Ireland and the UK. In October, Lilah was on TV screens worldwide filming ‘Your Top 20 OMG! EMA Moments’ for MTV International as part of their European Music Awards coverage. In November 2015 Lilah hosted the Cosmopolitan Blogger Awards and December saw her take to the stage to host The Clothes Show.

Other live presenting projects have included presenting to over 15,000 at Wembley Arena hosting the UK’s first ever WE Day for Free The Children, hosting “Vogue’s Fashion Night Out” for Superdry, Company Magazine’s “Bloggers Style The High Street” fashion show and the “Feel Good Fashion Awards”.

A lover of fashion (she has collected Vogue since the age of 12) and an art school attendee (where she focused on fashion illustration and photography) – Lilah revels in the opportunity to focus on anything fashion or arts related, be it hosting the behind the scenes coverage for Fearne Cotton’s latest catwalk show, acting as the LFW correspondent for Grazia Middle East, to interviewing Kate Moss.

A keen DJ, Lilah Parsons can also be found behind the decks at events such as Paris Fashion Week, the V&A museum for The British Heart Foundation and most recently, Wembley Stadium for the Women’s FA Cup Final to a crowd of 36,000! Lilah has also dj’ed for brands including Breitling and Jack Wills
