Kate Kinsella joined BBC London, then called GLR in 1999, and cut her teeth reporting on various local BBC radio stations under the umbrella of AA Roadwatch. You’ll recognise Kate Kinsella’s voice and face as one of the BBC London travel team’s pioneers.
In the world outside, Kate Kinsella can often be found dancing in fields across the country donning a pair of headphones and entertaining her young family. Kate Kinsella took on weather presenting after training in early 2008.
It involved becoming the small cloud that followed Peter Cockroft around the office, thankfully she didn’t emit too many particles or precipitation. So, Kate Kinsella now joins the weather team here in London hoping to turn at least a little part of our grey skies some kind of bluish!
